Stock Levels: Most accessories are in stock. If your item is on backorder, you will be emailed with details.
Shipping/Handling Fee: Determined by size, weight & ship to location. Shipping/Handling fee will be sent to your email separately for payment to complete your order.
Shipping Charges: To keep shipping fees to a minimum, we use usps flat rate if possible. We reserve the right to charge actual freight costs for heavy or oversize accessories - we will notify you for approval prior to shipment. Freight costs change by carriers, so we prefer to give you the actual cost based on your location.
In Store Pick-Up: ONLY USE THIS IF YOU ARE COMING INTO THE SHOP TO PICK UP IN OHIO We will notify you when it is in Will Call.
Shipping outside USA: We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states at this time.
Prices & Availability are subject to change by manufacturer. Price changes or errors: We will notify you prior to completing order.
Delivery: Most parts ship 1-10 days depending on stock levels. In case of manufacturer out of stock, lead-time for your part will be emailed to you, and should you cancel the part upon receipt of notification, you will not be charged.
Returns: If we make an error you will be given 100% credit. If you make an error, a 25% restock fee will apply, and shipping the return is the customer's responsiblity. Electrical parts are NOT RETURNABLE.
